The Aim
The aim of this self-defence course is to teach you the skills of defending yourself when there is no other option available. We are not teaching any style of martial art but some self-awareness to help avoiding dangerous situations, diffusing potential problems and quickly skilling you to defend yourself against the most common attacks encountered.
Everyone has the right to personal protection, and knowledge of Self-defence gives you that ability to exercise that right. We need to know how to protect ourselves and our families.
Self-defence is a survival skill, it’s as necessary as a basic knowledge of first aid or water safety. We all hope we don’t have to use those skills, but most would prefer to know something in case of emergency.
Preventive Self-defence is the best form of Self-defence.

7. Self-defence sequence drills to help retain the techniques and re enforce the techniques learnt to keep your techniques sharp.
